Que Sera Sera (Whatever will be, will be)

Well, last night’s episode should have been called “Que Sera Sera”.  I have to hand it to David Chase, everyone was speaking like a “Soprano” last night.  Four letter words were acceptable, or did you whack your TV like I almost did?

Butchie crossed over to the Soprano side, and Phil Leotardo got a double “whackin’” first from Walden, and then from his “Michelins”. 

First things first, Carlo was the “rat”, and what was with Paulie?  Talk about a superstitous Italian.  Between the Virgin Mary and that CAT (Which I think was Christopher), I’m glad he retired.

 Does Uncle Jr. really have “alzheimers disease” or is he hiding the cash in his diapers?

And what was with all the focus on AJ?  Is he gonna make Cleaver 2?

This cliffhanger was better than “Who Shot JR?”.  Could you ask for a more opened ending?  Or were you less than content?  What do you think?

The Godfather Revisited?

The whackin’s have begun, and the “End of Days” is upon the Sopranos.

 Well two timing Burt Gervasi, got it from Silvio “Luca Brasi” style.  The dirty rat!

And it was FINITO time for Tony with Dr. Melfi.  She threw him out, and shut the door on him.  Did this look familiar or what?

Phil ordered the “decapitation” of the Soprano family, because “there’s no scraps in his scrapbook”.  So Bobby Bacala took the “Blue Comet” train to the sky.  Followed by Silvio getting gunned down.

 Now the question here is … Paulie’s Italian “connections” whacked the wrong targets.  I smell a RAT!  This ledto Tony and the boys huggin’ their “Sleepy’s” for a while.  Hey, where was Clemenza?

Are we gearing up for the Sopranos Armageddon?  Is Paulie the real “Judas”?  Or is this just Tony’s dream?  What do you think?

The Yin and the Yang

Well, talk about good and bad luck, even I needed therapy after last night’s episode.

 First off, AJ was almost swimming with the fishes, was saved in the nick of time by his father.  Then AJ takes a trip with the boys in the white jackets.  We almost had a self inflicted whackin’!

Of course, Tony and Carmela, had to determine who’s family genes AJ inherited, but like Paulie said, “It’s the mercury in the fish”.  At this point I was ready to call the shrink!

And the therapy session with Carmela, Tony and AJ, was like watching the 3 Stooges at a wake!

And oh yeah, the revelation Tony saw, was a new job as a “dentist”, which he practiced on Phil’s boy Coco.  But he forgot to pick up all his teeth!

The plot now thickens between Tony and Phil.  Who’s gonna get whacked? 

Uncle Tony “Dearest”

Hate to say, “I told you so”, but “bye bye” Christopher.

 Now here’s what gets me … the way it was done.  A crime of opportunity for Uncle Tony.  No CPR for Christopher just a hand to nose snuffin’, a DOA, and a toe tag.

What did you think of dear old Uncle Tony. Sweet, Loving, “Family Guy”? 

I’m starting a new campaign, it’s called the “No Tissues for Tony” campaign.  ‘Cause, remember him crying over Christopher hating him?  No tears were shed last night.

What else is there?  Oh wait, yeah, Paulie’s mom died, but who really cares!  ‘Cause nobody showed up.  Hey Paulie, maybe you can get a refund on those Wake cards.

My prediction for next week, maybe Tony will be dumping more than asbestos in the river.  Maybe, Phil?

Wise Guys “DO” Cry!

Anybody got a tissue?  Give me a break!

Last night’s episode “Walk like a man” should have been called “Wise guys do cry!”.  I didn’t know what was worse, AJ crying over Blanca, Tony crying over the bad genes he gave to AJ, or Christopher crying over the bad landscaping job that Paulie gave his lawn.

Are they sure they were drinking scotch and not milk? 

The last time I saw this many wise guys cry, they were leaving the premier of “Cleaver”.

As far as who got whacked, JT Dolan took one for the team.  But it wasn’t the “cleaver” that got him, it was the lead right in his head, from Christopher’s gun.

My prediction is that loose lips sink ships.  Christopher might just be taking a boat ride with Tony real soon!

No Whacking, just a Smackin’

So, last night’s episode had me thinkin’ if these are really the final episodes, or just leftovers from America’s Funniest Home Videos! 

Tony’s gambling on everything from Roulette to horses, but a sure bet would have been Janice, Carmela, and Nancy Sinatra winning on “American Idol”.

Vito Jr. really stepped into it.  I guess he’ll be on “latrine duty” at the camp.

If you were looking for a whackin’, all ya got was a smackin’ between Tony and Carmela.

I still say Phil and Tony are getting close to a rumble.  What do you think?

A “One Eyed” Whacking!

So last night’s episode, “Remember When”, had me thinking, “Remember when TV was worth watchin’??”

FBI dug up the body of Willie Overalls, the bookie Tony whacked over 20 years ago.  Bet you 10 to 1 that bookie ain’t talkin’.  Tony and Paulie head south to lay low, but Tony gets cleared anyway.

 So they go out on a fishing boat to celebrate, and you think that Tony’s gonna whack Paulie because loose lips sink ships.  However, no whacking!

Uncle Junior sorry to say, gets the beating of his life at the mental hospital.  Hey where was Jack Nicholson during that scene???  (Maybe he was in the coo-coo’s nest)

 And finally the whacking of the night was Doc Santoro getting the “Moe Green Special”, by Phillie Leotardo boys.  He was left with one eye but I guess you could say he saw everything!

Now my prediction for next week?  Who knows?  If it keeps moving this slow it will take another season to finish it all.

First “wise guy” dies!

Last night, we had the premiere of the movie “Clever”. This had Tony asking Dr. Melfi why his nephew Christopher hates him so much.  Is Tony a geek or a wise guy??? 

And you know the show is coming to an end when Johnny Sack bites the dust.  That’s right Johnny Sack died from lung cancer last night.  As he’s taking his last breath, his wife asks him if he wants a cigarette.  WHAT IS UP WITH THAT! 

As far as who got whacked!  Gerry “the Hairdo”  is having dinner with Silvio, two goons come in to the restaurant, and blow his brains out.  I guess you could say the special of the night was Angel “Hair” pasta!

My prediction still remains the same, with Phil and Tony.  I believe that before long we’ll see a Phil and Tony rumble.

First Episode of the “Family” Feud

So you all saw it.  Episode number one! 

 In the beginning the episode has Tony getting arrested with the gun that he threw away from the 2004 episode with Johnny “Sacks”.  As fate would have it, he get’s out ’cause the FEDS are looking for something better.    Carmella and Tony visit Bobby and Janis for some family bonding.  Which gets really out of hand … if you know what I mean.  Tony get’s one wild birthday present and a fight breaks out.

Then Tony and Bobby hook up with some Canadian drug dealers.  But Who Got Whacked?  The Canadian’s Son-in-law, by Bobby Baccala. 

 My prediction for next week ….

The stage looks set for the Phil and Tony rumble.  There’s no family bond there.
